How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide from our warehouse. Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size chart on each product page — it includes measurements in both cm and inches. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Our shapewear is designed to stretch and mold to your body, so a size up still provides great compression.

What if my size doesn't fit?

No worries! If the size doesn't work for you, you can request an exchange within 60 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Just contact our support team and we'll help you get the right size.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Is it comfortable to wear all day?

Absolutely! Our shapewear is made with breathable, lightweight fabric that provides firm yet comfortable compression. The seamless construction means no digging, no rolling, and no irritation. Many of our customers wear Smoothly from morning to night — at work, on dates, and everything in between.

Will it show under my clothes?

Not at all. Smoothly is designed with seamless edges and a smooth finish that disappears under any outfit — dresses, skirts, pants, you name it. No visible lines, no bunching. That's the whole point.

How should I wash my shapewear?

For best results,hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. If you prefer machine washing, use a lingerie bag on a delicate cycle with cold water. Never use bleach or fabric softener, and avoid tumble drying — heat can damage the elastic fibers and reduce compression over time.
